This morning Declan brought in Pork Chop and Bacon, his gorgeous guinea pigs. We had fun learning all about them, and then we had even more fun doing our reading work while the guinea pigs just wandered around!

A Special Visitor in Room 19

Amelia brought her chicken, Daisy, in for us to meet. Luckily Jules, who loves chickens and has 24 of her own at home, was teaching for the morning block. She and Amelia told everyone all they know about chickens and then Room 19 spent time making close observation drawings. It was a lot of fun.
